Ready2Dyne introduces a revolutionary technology for bulk rethermalization by converting from a holding refrigerator to a retherm oven...all in the same cabinet! This conduction unit utilizes cold fluid flowing through hollow shelving, maintaining chilled foods until the appropriate pre-programmed time. At that point, the fluid is quickly heated and circulated throughout the shelf, warming the food to precise serving temperature. It then enters a holding cycle.

Aladdin offers an innovative approach to bulk rethermalization and food holding, the TFC Conduction Oven. This oven operates on the principle of conduction heating utilizing “Fluid Shelf® Technology”. This patented system provides constant heat by circulating heat transfer fluid through the shelves in the oven, heating at lower temperatures to preserve optimal quality and yield.

In the TFC oven, food is rethermalized and held while maintaining moisture, juices, nutrients and flavor. The TFC oven has temperature points ranging from 150°F/66°C to 230°F/110°C. The lower temperatures reduce shrinkage and dehydration, resulting in higher moisture and servings per pound.

  • Capable of cooking, rethermalizing, or holding food in the same cabinet...at the same time
  • Features a gentle method of heating which allows food to cook evenly without burning or drying
  • Will handle foods of varying densities using any kind of flat bottomed container
  • Conducts heat by using fluid which circulates through the shelves at a constant temperature which is below the boiling point of water
