The Convect-Rite III ® cart and docking station can rethermalize up to 30 meals automatically or manually at the touch of a button. Featuring “user-friendly” state-of-the-art HACCP monitoring controls and recording, the Convect-Rite III docking station has put safety and consistency into cook-chill meal delivery.
Cold plated meals are placed in specially designed Convect-Rite III carts which are then mated to individual Convect-Rite III docking stations located in pantries or in a central area. Once mated, the docking station provides the controls for consistent convected refrigeration and heat as/when required. 45 to 60 minutes before meal service, meals begin rethermalizing within the docking station/cart unit. The insulated Convect-Rite III cart is then disconnected from the docking station and serves as the meal delivery cart.
