Convect-Rite III ® trays have a versatile design that allows you to utilize any dishware style, including china, high-heat reusable plastics, or disposables. The trays fit precisely into Convect-Rite Carts for maximum temperature control and retention.
Within the cart, hot and cold foods on each tray are separated by an insulated barrier. Air flow is engineered to allow precise amounts of hot air to gently rethermalize hot foods, while cold items remain perfectly chilled.
Convect-Rite III trays are designed to accommodate a full select menu.
