After food is prepared and plated, the Convect-Rite 3 INSIGHT hospital food service delivery system brings hot and cold foods to their ideal serving temperatures using patented convected-air technology.
For cook-chill/retherm applications, the Convect-Rite 3 actively heats food to the correct temperature while maintaining cold food temperatures. For cook-serve applications, the system boosts both hot and cold food temps, with a significantly shorter heating cycle.
