More than 100 spectators watched as Aladdin customer St. Charles Hospital took top honors in the 6th Annual AHF Big Apple Culinary challenge held in New York City. Three teams squared off in the iron-chef-style competition to showcase their artistry and culinary talent. The winning team included (from left to right) Chefs Bill Dougherty, Kim Marie Vargas, Mahindranath Maraj and Team Director Stephanie Giraulo. St. Charles Hospital uses a room service approach with Aladdin’s Heat On Demand Activators in their foodservice program.
